Terms of Service
1. Agreement to terms
By accessing wirededge.co or using any Wired Edge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services provided
Wired Edge provides athlete insight profiles, related reports, and ongoing access to its AI-powered assistant, Edge. The service includes an initial athlete profile based on intake responses and related information, along with continued access to guidance, insights, and recommendations through Edge.
These insights are intended to support understanding, communication, development, and coaching decisions, but are not guarantees of performance, outcomes, or results.
3. Appropriate use
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate information about athletes and contacts.
- Have permission from the athlete’s parent/guardian or program when required.
- Use the service for legitimate athlete development, coaching, or support purposes.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, interfere with the platform, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Accounts & access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. If access is shared with a parent, coach, or authorized user, you are responsible for ensuring that such access is used appropriately and in accordance with these Terms.
Wired Edge may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused or used in violation of these Terms.
5. Payments, subscriptions & refunds
Fees for Wired Edge services are displayed at checkout or in your agreement. Wired Edge currently uses a pricing model that may include a one-time Athlete Activation fee and an ongoing monthly subscription for continued Edge access.
- The Athlete Activation fee is charged at signup.
- The activation fee includes the first 30 days of Edge access unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- After the initial included period, the monthly subscription renews automatically until canceled.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time, but previously paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, reports, outputs, underlying systems, prompts, models, and branding are the intellectual property of Wired Edge or its licensors. You may use reports and outputs internally for personal, athlete, team, or program use, but you may not copy, resell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially distribute the system or outputs without written permission.
7. AI and informational use
Edge provides guidance and responses based on available data, intake responses, and internal models. Edge is intended for informational and support purposes only.
Wired Edge does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or other licensed professional advice. You remain responsible for how you interpret and apply any information, reports, or guidance provided through the service.
8. No guarantees
Wired Edge insights are based on available data and internal systems. We do not guarantee any particular performance, playing time, development outcome, results, or opportunities for athletes or teams.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wired Edge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
