Wired Edge ("we," "us," "our") provides athlete insight profiles, related reports, and ongoing access to its AI-powered assistant, Edge, for athletes, parents, coaches, teams, and programs. 2. Information we collect

- Athlete details – name, sport, position, intake responses, and related profile inputs.
- Contact information – parent, guardian, athlete, coach, or program contact name and email address.

- Profile and Edge interaction data – information submitted through intake forms, profile generation, and questions or prompts submitted through Edge.
- Usage data – device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interaction with the site or platform.
- Payment data – payment and subscription information processed securely by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

We use the information we collect to:
- Generate athlete insight profiles and related outputs.
- Provide and improve Edge responses, platform access, and ongoing service functionality.
- Deliver reports, account access, updates, and service communications to athletes, parents, coaches, teams, and programs.

- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Wired Edge platform and user experience.

4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted service providers that help us operate Wired Edge, for example:

- Automation, workflow, and processing tools.
- AI and language model providers that help power profile generation and Edge responses.

5. Payments and subscription information
If you purchase Wired Edge services, including Athlete Activation and ongoing Edge access, your payment is processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We may receive limited billing-related information such as your payment status, subscription status, and customer ID, but we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
We use this information to activate your account, manage recurring billing, maintain your subscription, and provide customer support related to your purchase.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No online system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we take steps to help protect the data we collect and process.
7. Children and athletes under 18
Wired Edge may involve information relating to athletes under 18. When providing information about a minor athlete, you represent that you are the parent or guardian, or that you have appropriate permission from the parent, guardian, team, school, or program to provide that information and use the service.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We may also retain certain records needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, and platform operations.

- Access the information we hold about you or an athlete.
- Update or correct information that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of certain information, subject to legal, billing, security, and operational limits.
- Cancel a recurring subscription through the applicable billing or account process.

Wired Edge may rely on third-party tools and services, including payment, hosting, automation, and AI providers. Your use of certain parts of the service may also involve those third parties, and their own privacy practices may apply to the information they process.
