1. Agreement to terms
By accessing wirededge.co or using any Wired Edge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services provided
Wired Edge provides athlete performance insight reports based on intake responses and related information. These insights are intended to support coaching decisions but are not guarantees of performance or outcomes.
3. Appropriate use
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate information about athletes and contacts.
- Have permission from the athlete’s parent/guardian or program when required.
- Use the reports for legitimate coaching and program purposes.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
4. Payments & refunds
Fees for Wired Edge services are displayed at checkout or in your agreement. Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Intellectual property
All content, designs, reports, underlying systems, and branding are the intellectual property of Wired Edge or its licensors. You may use reports internally for your team or program, but you may not copy, resell, or commercially distribute the system or outputs.
6. No guarantees
Wired Edge insights are based on available data and internal models. We do not guarantee any particular performance, playing time, results, or outcomes for athletes or teams.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wired Edge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
